Once upon a time, there lived a girl in the Great White North. She was blessed with the most supportive and loving parents and 3 most wonderful brothers. She studied how her father painted and how her grandmothers crafted with fabrics. She knew this was all very important. With her mother's encouragement, she explored many years of working with clay. She then discovered a passion for beads. Their history, colors, shapes and textures intrigued and challenged the girl. While perusing an issue of Bead and Button Magazine, she came across an article about the enchanting Lynne Merchant and her ways with silver. Right then and there she knew what she wanted to do when she grew up. She travelled to the magical kingdom of The Shepherdess in San Diego to learn from the master.
Five years later, she continues to travel back to study with her mentor (and share some giggles), as often as possible and to share time with the group of very special students that have become such a wonderful part of her life. She resides in Tucson with her partner Jay and their 4-legged wonders.
She just wanted to thank all of the above for making her life...absolute magic.
